For Ibrahim, Sky has always been the limit. He believes that over-accomplishing expectations are key to lasting success, and he has always been working hard to make his clients feel a one-of-a-kind spirit.
Having worked and made a career in the hospitality industry for over 14 years, he has gained quite an experience and knowledge and established a large network of invaluable contacts and stakeholders rendering him a key liaison figure during tour planning, coordination, budgeting, and negotiation.

With a strong background in account, department, and operations management, she consistently delivers strategic solutions that drive business growth. Esther has a proven track record in developing and executing effective strategies across finance and marketing, demonstrating her strength in both business development and administrative excellence.
Business Consultant
Delivering with distinct communication skills and inspiring entrepreneurial spirit, Nicolai is passionate for agile progress and professional management. He has years of experience with Startups as both founder and consultant, and with Sales, Customer Relations, and Organisational Development in SMEs and large international corporations. Nicolai first visited Tanzania in 2007 which was when he met Ibrahim, and they became friends and business partners.

Consesar is an accomplished, self-driven marketing sector professional with close to four years’ experience in the hospitality industry. Her core experiential and professional skills include marketing, regulatory, data analytics research, report writing, evidence-based policymaking and advocacy, product and market development, project management, and investment analysis.
Reservation Manager
Edgar is a multitalented individual who has in training and application working the areas of accounting/ finance, planning, marketing, information technology and banking. Having a strong suit in team building he has efficiently linked by people and is an upbeat, experienced and diverse manager who provides exactly the environment needed to make our customers happy. His continuous focus on feedback, results, deadlines, tasks, and people is a beacon for our team and makes Kuzoka African Safaris to grow.
Tour Guide Director
Authentic, charismatic, knowledgeable, an inimitable original, yet he makes you the most important person: Tom’s commitment has received testimonies from all over the world from those he served. He provides perfect assistance and rich knowledge on historical and contemporary culture, archeology, museums, religious sites and of course wildlife to groups and individual clients at all educational levels. Tom has 15 years of experience as a tour guide and tour leader, and fluently speaks English, German, and French.
